Before you come in

Do I need to pay when I book?
No. No deposit is required. Choose your preferred appointment time and pay on the day of your visit.
No. There are no needles and nothing that breaks the skin. You lie down with eye protection on while the light does its thing. Most people describe it as warm and quiet.
About 60 minutes door to door. Plenty of clients come in on a lunch break and make it back to their desk on time.
Yes. There’s no downtime, no peeling and no redness to wait out. You can put makeup on straight away if you want to, though a lot of people don’t bother.
Some people notice a difference after one. Skin responds cumulatively, so if you’re working on something specific your therapist will usually suggest a course. There’s no pressure to book one on the day.
LED suits most skin types, and the scan at the start is exactly how we check. There are a few situations where we’d want to talk first — see the list above. If you’re unsure, call us before you book.
Come with a clean face if you can, and skip strong actives like retinol or acids for 24 hours beforehand. If you forget, it’s fine — just tell your therapist.
You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Since no payment is taken at booking, there’s nothing to refund.
